ESP-GUARDX is an industrial-grade HMI (Human Machine Interface) device for real-time monitoring, control, and protection of industrial well pumps, electric motors, and related equipment. It is purpose-built for Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems used in oil operations.

  • Real-Time Monitoring -- Live voltage, current, frequency, power, temperature, and vibration data across 8 channels at up to 40 million samples per second.
  • Black Box Event Recording -- Automatic fault detection with pre-trigger buffering that captures data before the event occurred, enabling root cause analysis.
  • Pump Performance Analysis -- Affinity law-based pump curve simulation across variable frequencies (30--400 Hz) with support for 80+ pump models.
  • Motor Health Tracking -- Load analysis, efficiency curves, temperature monitoring, and vibration analysis.
  • Power Quality Assessment -- Harmonic analysis up to the 50th harmonic, phase unbalance detection, and IEC 61000-4-30 compliant measurements.
  • Well Production Monitoring -- Oil, water, gas, cumulative-fluid, and downhole-rate tracking with historical data.
  • ESP System Configuration -- Drag-and-drop energy system designer and comprehensive ESP component configurator.
  • Industrial Communication -- Modbus RTU over RS-485.
